Where Oblivion Dwells
2026 · Oil on panel · 81 × 100 cm
A photograph from the family archive becomes a space where presence and absence coexist. The painting approaches the original image without hiding the grain of the support or the interruptions of the handmade process. Rather than faithfully reconstructing what happened, I try to approach what is beginning to disappear and hold on to the questions it leaves behind.
